What is GrootmanOdds?
GrootmanOdds is South Africa's odds comparison platform. We pull live odds from the country's biggest bookmakers and show you who has the best price for every match — football, rugby, and cricket. We're not a bookmaker. You can't place a bet here. What you can do is find the best price in seconds, then go bet with confidence.
Why does this exist?
Every bookmaker prices their odds differently. On the same match, one might offer 2.06 while another offers 1.85. That's a R21 difference on a R100 bet. Most people just bet with whichever bookmaker they signed up with first, leaving money on the table every single time. Grootman fixes that.
How does it work?
We check odds from 10 South African bookmakers every 10 minutes — Hollywoodbets, Betway, Supabets, Sunbet, Sportingbet, WSB, Gbets, 10bet, Betfred, and EasyBet. Our system matches the same event across bookmakers using Sportradar IDs (so different team names don't fool it), compares the prices, and highlights the best value in green. The whole process is automated — no human picks, no bias, just data.
How do you make money?
When you click through to a bookmaker from GrootmanOdds, we earn a small affiliate commission from that bookmaker. This costs you nothing — your odds and experience are exactly the same. It's how we keep the service free.

GrootmanOdds is built in South Africa, for South Africans. We're independent — not owned by any bookmaker. Our only bias is toward the best price.
